Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unopened
In the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
With the tamper seal intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, items with a broken or removed seal are not eligible for return.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on:
Items without the original tamper seal intact
Sale items
Gift cards
Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or credit card provider.
