Information you provide

Orders and payment information

Direct-site checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. TomKa Essentials receives the order and customer information needed to fulfill and support the purchase, but the site does not store complete payment-card numbers. Purchases made through Amazon are processed under Amazon’s privacy practices.

Newsletter and contact forms

If you subscribe to patch-care emails, we use the email address to send the requested messages. You may unsubscribe using the option in an email or by contacting support@tomkaessentials.com. Forms on this site may be processed and stored by Netlify as our website hosting and form-service provider.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, hosting providers and embedded resources may receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs.

The site uses Google-hosted fonts and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, traffic source, approximate location, device and browser details, and interactions with the site. We use this information to measure site traffic and improve content and performance. The current Google tag is configured for analytics measurement, not Google Ads.

Google processes Analytics information under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Third-party checkout and external links may use their own cookies or similar technologies after you visit those services.

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
